Accessories You MUST Wear with Your Prom Dress

You’ve been thinking about the high school dance for a very long time now and you can just see yourself making your entrance, wearing the most beautiful formal prom gown at the ball; almost like Cinderella. But, if you remember, Cinderella wore glass slippers with her dress, didn’t she? While you are dreaming of the dance, picture the prom gown accessories you need to buy too.

A prom dress doesn’t go it alone. Fashion trends dictate that you need an accessory assortment to go with your gown to complete the outfit. Let’s quickly name a few ..

1. Shoes – As mentioned above, shoes are very important. Make sure they are comfortable for dancing or standing and that they match your dress.

3. Purse and/or handbag – Again, be sure to take a purse that matches and is not overwhelming. Remember you’ve got to carry it all night.

There are plenty of local accessory stores  to visit or you can take a quick trip online to do your shopping. Either way is fine but look for bargains, sales and discounts so that you (or your mom) doesn’t have to spend a fortune on the event.
