I’d like my dress from Delia*s, Forever Twenty-One, or independent stores but sincerely the best store to find the cutest formal, but not too extravagant would be Forever Twenty-One. They’re also not so expensive, I’d say a little more than 40 about ten dollars more but it’s so worth it.

And they also have the BEST blouses.
